Marketplace Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in the BancMarc Marketplace! By using this form, you are able to list your gently used items to all of our members in order to receive credit on trade.

At BancMarc, we encourage our members to take full advantage of this platform to boost your sales, declutter by selling unused business items, and foster meaningful connections between business owners. Together, we can create a stronger, more vibrant community!

Once the form is submitted, we will look over the information and post the item(s) to BancMarc Marketplace. Please allow up to 24 hours of turnaround time during business hours.

By following these guidelines, you help ensure a smooth and efficient marketplace experience for all participants. Thank you for using BancMarc!

1. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities a. Both the Buyer and Seller are responsible for coordinating all aspects of the transaction, including the final sale, shipping or pick-up, and any necessary forms of communication. b. BancMarc does not facilitate or mediate connections between buyers and sellers.

2. Required Listing Information a. Each item listing must include the following information i. Title of Item ii. Price iii. Short description of Item iv. Quantity Availability (if applicable) v. Minimum of 1 Clear Photo of the Item vi. Seller Contact Information vii. Receiving Instructions, such as pick-up location or delivery details viii. Any Other Relevant Details about the Item

3. Condition of Items a. Items must be in working condition and either new or gently used. Please ensure that your item is accurately described and in a sellable state.

4. Minimum Price Requirement a. Each item listed for sale must meet a minimum total sale price of $100. b. This applies to both individual items and collections of items sold as a set. Items priced below this minimum will not be accepted.

5. Physical Items Only a. You must list physical items only. Services, requests (“In search of” posts), and non-physical products (such as digital goods or memberships) are not allowed.

6. One Form Per Item a. Each form submission is valid for one item or set of items. If you have multiple different items to list, please submit a separate form for each item or set.

7. BancMarc’s Role a. BancMarc is not responsible for the products, transactions, or interactions between buyers and sellers. All aspects of the sale are the responsibility of the buyer and seller.
